  Food arrived well before expected, by far the best curry I've ever had, amazing flavours and perfectly cooked meat, I won't be ordering from anywhere else

  Where do I even begin. I ordered food on Just Eats from the Balti House as I had done it before and not had a problem. Food ordered for 6:30pm to arrive 45-60 minutes after that, then the delivery time was changed to 25 mins after that. Fine. Happened last time. Waiting for our food to be delivered, 2.5 hours later still no food. Called and asked where the food was, no reason as to why it was late. Then went into the store (had to ask for a lift there and inconvenience other people), still couldn't give us a reason as to why, only got offered a free drink which was clearly not what we wanted. Food was delivered to another house. Ridiculous, not helpful in any way, shape or form and ruined my evening. Cheers. Never again.
