  They gave us egg fried rice instead of the ribs we ordered. You just can't be bothered trying to sort that out, takeaways are meant to be quick and lazy. They've got to be getting that right. Staff seemed too busy to care much about takeaway orders.

  OK. We have eaten here tonight for our last time. The food is always very good, no qualms there, but the place just looks completely outdated. It looks like it has never been updated in 20 years. The service is also hit and miss. Don't go there when it's busy on a Friday or Saturday, unless of course you are happy to wait over an hour to just be served. They also add a 10% surcharge to the bill whether you like the food or not. This is completely unacceptable. I really like the food and the staff, but the rest is just poor.
